Room Rates

1. A traditional BnB experience where a bedroom each with a private bath is rented and space shared with other guests for eating and relaxing

2. The apartment which is private space shared only by the same party and includes a large living room with a fireplace to accommodate large groups.

3. The whole house which combines the BnB side with the apartment through an adjoining hallway where everyone can eat and relax together in the kitchen and large living room and retire to their respective bedrooms.

1 room/ 1 nights $90 (double occupancy)
Extra consecutive night $60

Weekday during high season
1 room / 1 night $75 (double occupancy)

Apartment: private 1,000 sq ft area, fireplace, full kitchen - requires 2 night-minimum stay at $225

per weekend (double occupancy)
Extra consecutive night (double occupancy) $80
Extra people (2 or more): $30 per person/night

Whole House rental for groups (min 2-night stay required) is $800/weekend
Accommodate 10 people/double occupancy per bedroom.
Extra people: : $30 per person/night

RV Rates:  A/C and electric  $20/night
